Q: What time zone will the sessions be released in?
A: The sessions will occur in Eastern Time (ET).

A: Pricing for the virtual pass is $275.00. For additional information, please visit our pricing page.
Q: What does my registration fee include?
A: Registration includes live virtual access to all the educational sessions, plus on-demand access post-meeting. Recordings will be available 2 weeks after the event.
Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A: All registrations are final sale. AACE will not process refunds for this meeting.
Q: When will I get my registration confirmation/invoice?
A: Once you have submitted and paid for your registration you will be sent a registration confirmation by email. Your confirmation email also serves as your receipt/invoice. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder.
Q: How can I access the event platform?
A: Make sure you're a paid registrant and have an AACE account. Log in using your AACE credentials to access the sessions. Personalize your schedule to tailor the experience to your interests. When the event begins, ensure you're logged in to enjoy the live stream and Zoom meeting rooms.
Q: Will the sessions be recorded?
A: Most sessions will be recorded. On-demand recordings will be available 2 weeks after the event and you can enjoy them for a full year. If a session does not have a video available, the speaker has chosen not to share their presentation.
Note: December 31, 2023 will be the last day to claim credit.
Q: What is the best way to view virtual content?
A: The best way to attend this meeting is through your computer, Google Chrome window is the preferred internet browser. You may attend the meeting via your mobile device but functionality may be limited.
Q: What should I do if something goes wrong during my session?
A: We will have live support available during the meeting. If you are having any issues, we encourage you to perform a system check. If you still have concerns or questions, please submit a support ticket. Please click 'technical support' located on the bottom bar of this page to submit your ticket.

A: Yes, most sessions will have designated Q&A time. To ask questions, simply type them in the Q&A live stream box. Q: How do I claim CME credits?
A: To claim credit, make sure you are logged into our event platform then click on the 'Claim CME' tile. Certificates of completion and CME credits will be provided to all registered attendees based upon completion of the online evaluation.
